THE BEST APPLE DIP (Judy Bundren Carlson)

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.) softened
  • 2 ) 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 ) 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 ) 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 ) 1 package English toffee bits (10 oz.)
  • 6 ) 4 red apples, sliced
  • 7 ) 4 yellow apples,sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Let stand 10 minutes. Fold in toffee chips just before serving. Slice and place apples in ziploc bag, fill with pineapple juice. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 2 cups.
