Ingredients
- 5 oz sushi rice
- 1/2 unit sushi nori
- 1/2 oz masago
- 1/4 oz sesame mix
- 3 unit sushi shrimp
- 1/2 oz cucumber
- 3/4 oz avocado
- wasabi
- gari
Preparation
Step 1
Over a maki-su, place the piece of sushi nori dull side facing upwards and spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori. Using 1 hand to prevent rice spilling over the ends of the sushi nori, gently press down the rice with the fingertips of your other hand.
Spread the masago generously over the rice the; turn down with the nori upward. Arrange the avocado, cucumber, and sushi shrimp in the middle of nori. Firmly roll up, taking care not to squeeze out the contents.
Cut the roll into 8 pieces and arrange on a plate. Put some wasabi and gari on the side
