*GINGER LIME CHICKEN SANDWICHES

Step 1

Take 2 6oz chicken breats and halve them. Salt and pepper them and put in resealable bag. Then for marinade whisk 1/4 c sniped cilantro, 2 tsp grated lime peel, 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger. Then pour over chicken and marinade for 1-4 hours. Then combine 1/4 c mayo with 2 minced garlice cloves, cover and refrigerate. Grill and when done put on bun with garlic mayo, red onion and lettuce. WE TRIED THIS 7/13 AND THEY WERE GOOD.
