*RASPBERRY WITH TOASTED ANGEL FOOD CAKE

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Cut 4 c of 1 inch cubes of angel food cake (about 1/3 of cake)and put on baking sheet and cookk until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Then using a fork, mash 2 1/2 c (12 oz) of raspberries with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp lime zest. Beat 1 c heavy cream with 1/4 c creme fraiche or sour cream and 1/4 c sugar until peaks form, aboiut 2 minutes. In fancy glass layer angel food cake with rapsberries, and top with cream. Top with lime zest. WE TRIED THIS 8/13 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. TRIED AGAIN 10/14 AND ALL LOVED IT.
