Pork Steak - Baked Breaded

Ingredients

  • Pork Steak
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup dry fine bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge pork steak with flour, salt and pepper.

Add water to slightly beaten egg. Dip meat in egg mixture and then bread crumbs.

Place in shallow open roasting pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
