- Pork Steak
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dry fine bread crumbs
Details
Cooking time 60mins
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge pork steak with flour, salt and pepper.
Add water to slightly beaten egg. Dip meat in egg mixture and then bread crumbs.
Place in shallow open roasting pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
