Ingredients

  • 3 cups white beans (navy, great northern, cannellini)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces chopped chiles
  • 2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 2 quarts (8 cups) water

Simply combine all of the ingredients in a large pot and gently simmer for 60 minutes.
