Beef Jerky Recipe #2

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. extra lean beef, sliced thin (can use turkey, pork or any other lean meats that you prefer)
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid woodsmoke flavoring
  • 4 drips tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and coat meat with mixture. Marinate 6 to 12 hours in container with tight lid in the refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Dry in a dehydrator. Yields about 1/4 lb.
