Super Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1 bag spinach, washed and pat dry
• 2 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
• 1 small onion sliced very thin then chopped
• 8 slices bacon, crumbled
• 1 c. canola oil
• 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. ketchup
• 1/4 ts. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place spinach in bowl. Top with bacon, egg, onion, mix well. Mix dressing ingredients well in a container. Pour desired amount on top of salad, serve immediately.
