Chicken Breasts with Rosemary & Thyme

Ingredients

  • 4 large rosemary sprigs
  • 4 large thyme sprigs
  • 4 chicken breasts halves
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 C chicken stock
  • 1 t flour mixed with 2 t water

Preparation

Step 1

Coat chicken breasts with oil. Press rosemary and thyme sprig on each breast. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper & season with salt & pepper.
Grill and serve
