Ingredients
- 4 large rosemary sprigs
- 4 large thyme sprigs
- 4 chicken breasts halves
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper
- Salt & pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 1 t flour mixed with 2 t water
Preparation
Step 1
Coat chicken breasts with oil. Press rosemary and thyme sprig on each breast. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper & season with salt & pepper.
Grill and serve
