Ingredients
- 2 T Dijon
- 1 cube butter
- 1/4 C parsley , chopped
- 3 T chives snipped
- Garlic
- S & P
- Parmesean/Reggiano
- 2 Lbs Gnocchi
Preparation
Step 1
melt butter in seving dish in micro
Add herbs, garlic, and then Stir in Dijon
Cook Gnocchi per pkg
Toss into butter/herb sauce
add S & P, and Parmesean
