Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 chicken cut into 1/8's
- SAUCE
- 2 ripe plums or nectarines or peaches diced
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- juice of 1 lemon,about 3 Tbs
- Tbs brown rice vinegar,or Sake or Gin
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Place all sauce ingred into a pot over med heat. Bring to a simmer and cook 15 min.
Combine the flour and spices. Dredge the chicken in the seasoned flour. Place into a 9x13"pan.
Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake 2 hrs.
