  • 12 – 14 TACO TORTILLAS
  • 28 OZ ENCHILADAS SAUCE
  • 2 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
  • 2 LB SHREDDED PORK
  • 1 CUP DICED ONIONS

Preparation

Step 1

ADD MEAT AND ONION MIX INTO TORTILLAS
CHEESE AND SAUCE,, ROLL AND PLACE INTO
9 X 13 PAN, POUR SAUCE OVER ENCHILADAS
THEN ADD MORE CHEESE BAKE AT 375
FOR 40 TO 45 MINS TO MELT CHEESE
