PREPARE ROAST, MIX SEASONINGS TOGETHER
APPLY SEASONING TO ROAST, PREHEAT
OVEN TO 350 F AND COOK FOR 1 HR 30 MINS
MEAT TEMP OD 165 OR HIGHER
