Preparation
Step 1
MIX SEASONINGS TOGETHER THROUGHLY
APPLY TO ROAST AND LET STAND IN
FRIDGE OVER NIGHT, THEN COOK IN OVEN
AT 350 F FOR 3 TO 4 HOUR TILL AN
INTERNAL TEMP OF 150F IS REACHED
MORE OR LESS ON DESIRED
IF SMOKED 225 F BOX SMOKE WITH FAVORITE
WOOD NO MORE THEN 4 HR OF SMOKE
