Potatoes - Stuffed Ham and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked ham chopped
  • 1/2 a 10oz package of frozen broccoli thawed
  • 4 oz of cream cheese with or without chive and onion
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Shredded Cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Bake Potatoes at 450 for 1 hour
Cool to touch
Cut length wise and scoop out pulp
Stir together pulp and everything but the cheddar
Scoop into shells and top with cheddar
cook 20 minutes at 350
