Creamy potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lb potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter an add onions. Cook 5 minutes
Add flour and stir 2 minutes
Add broth slowly and then cream
Add cheese. And melt
Add potatoes.
Salt and pepper
Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes
Cover with Parmesan cheese.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes
Let rest for 15 minutes prior to serving


Bake at 375*
