Ingredients
- 1 cup 100% peach spreadable fruit
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 4 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS ground mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 8 medium ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; set aside. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack.
2. Grill chicken, covered, over med heat for 5-7 min on each side or until meat thermometer reads 170, basting often with some of reserved glaze. Transfer to serving platter, keep warm.
3. Grill peaches cut size down for 8-10 min or until tnder, turning and basting every 2 minutes with remaining glaze. Serve with chicken.
