Ingredients
- 10 slices bacon diced
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 cups chicken boullon cubes
- 1 teasp salt
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown bacon and strain off grease, leaving small amount to brown the onion. Add onion and browned bacon add 3 cups water, sugar, vinegar,bullion and salt. Bring to boil Blend cornstarch with half cup water and simmer. 5 minutes.
