Ingredients
- 1 pork lion
- Dried cranberries
- 8 0z cream cheese
- Walnuts
- Raspberry Chipolte Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut pork loin in half. Spread cream cheese, then sprinkle with desired amount of dried cranberries and walnuts. Roll in back up like a roll. You will will need string to tie it and hold together.
Bake at 350-325 for 2 to 21/2 hours or until it registers 160.
Cover with Raspberry chipolte sauce
