Ingredients
- 20 spears slightly cooked asparagus
- 20 clices white - bread - cut off crusts
- 3 cups grated cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Roll bread flat with rolling pin.
Place asparagus spear across one end of bread slice
sprinkle with cheese
roll up jelly roll style
add lemon juice to melted butter and brush each roll
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Serve whole or cut into bite size peices
