sea bass w/ fennel slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp evoo
  • 2 tsp chopped tarragon
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • salt - pep
  • 3 julianne fennel bulbs
  • 1 c shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
  • 4 5oz sea bass fillets

Preparation

Step 1

combine first 5 ingredients in a jar and shake well and toss into julianne fennel and carrot...cover and chill 2 to 24 hours. Sprinkle fish w/ fennel seeds, salt & pep.
grill or pan fry fish 6- 10 min.
