Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Chop salmon and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Divide into 4 portions and shape into 5" diameter well compacted round patties. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight to firm.

Oil pan or grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side.
