Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked small shrimp
- 1/2 lb (or little over) sea scallops chopped into quarters
- 1 small container of Alfredo Sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (chopped)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat up chopped stewed tomatoes. Add shrimp and chopped scallops, cook on medium for about 3-5 mins. Add alfredo sauce and warm through. Add seasonings of choice such as Italian seasoning, basil, thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
