Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 8 oz. crab meat
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan melt margarine. Add flour. Add milk gradually. Add rest of ingredients. Cook till thick.
Toast Cups: Remove crust from bread. Put in greased muffin tins to form cups. Bake until golden.
To serve - fill cups with crab mixture.
