Ingredients

  • 3

    tbsp. margarine

  • cups milk

  • 1

    tbsp. grated lemon rind

  • 8

    oz. crab meat

  • 1

    tbsp. lemon juice

  • ¼

    cup flour

  • 2

    tbsp. parsley flakes

  • 1

    cup grated cheese

  • 1

    tsp. mustard

  • ½

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    tsp. worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    tbsp. grated onion

Directions

In saucepan melt margarine. Add flour. Add milk gradually. Add rest of ingredients. Cook till thick. Toast Cups: Remove crust from bread. Put in greased muffin tins to form cups. Bake until golden. To serve - fill cups with crab mixture.
