Breakfast Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 slices cubed white bread
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Brown, drain and crumble sausage. Let cool a bit. Beat eggs, then add milk, white bread, mustard, salt and cheese. Stir well. Put in greased glass pan 9x13" and refrigerate overnight.

In morning place in unheated oven. Turn ovent o 350 deg. Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
