Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled with the heads still intact. The hard work is removing the tails, good if this can be avoided????
- 4-5 garlic cloves. first time we had ths there was not enuf garlic, recipe calls for 3 cloves.
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and turn them, frying for 2 mins until lukewarm. Add chopped parsley.
Done, serve, cna be a meal all by itself.
