Ingredients
- 1 cup Bow Tie pasta (cooked al dente)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 T water
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
-Prep 3 bowls for the coating process.
-Bowl #1 with flour(flour first...)
-Bowl #2 with eggs and water.
-Bowl #3 with bread crumbs and seasoning.
-Coat Bow Ties with flour, eggs and crumbs.
-Lay out in single layer.
-Heat oil to 350*
-Fry Bow Ties for 2-3 minutes
-Drain on paper towels.
