SKILLET RAVIOLI ( Chris & Dawn McCabe)

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated four-cheese ravioli, cooked according to pkg. directions and kept warm
  • 2 ) 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 ) 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 ) 2 tablespoons Italian-style tomato paste
  • 5 ) 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 6 ) 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 7 ) 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 ) 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain. Return beef to pan, and add tomato sauce, paste, parsley, basil, and garlic salt; cook for 6 minutes or until heated through. Add cooked ravioli to tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, and serve immediately.
