Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 - 15oz Can black beans
  • 1 1/2 c frozen corn – thawed
  • 3 ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 c fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tbs lemon juice
  • dash salt/pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw corn. Drain and rinse beans and combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Serve as salad or salsa.
