Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 - 10 oz boxes frozen chopped
  • 1 box chicken stove top stuffing, use dry
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain spinach, mix all ingredients. Chill mixture in fridge so butter sets again, approximately 1 hour. Roll into walnut size balls and place on a cookie sheet, freeze. Once frozen they can be plastic bagged.
Bake as many as you want 350 for 10-15 minutes. Do NOT unthaw before cooking.
