Ingredients
- 3/4 parts all- Purpose flour
- 1/4 part cornmeal
- 2 tbsp Basil
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Celery salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- Shake to mix
Preparation
Step 1
Dip sliced tomato in beaten egg
Dip into flour mixture in bag and shake
Leave in bag for half an hour
Fry in vegetable oil until brown
Serve with Ranch dressing
