Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless pork roast 2-3 lbs (or 2 if they fit)
  • 3 medium onions quartered
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 bottles bbq sauce of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast in crock pot. Add water and onions on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs or high for 6-8 hrs. Low is preferable.

Drain Water and remove onions when done cooking. With fork, pull apart until well shredded. Add 2 small bottles of bbq sauce and let cook for another couple of mins in crock pot.
