  • 1 PKG HORMEL SLICED DRIED BEEF CHOPPED
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
  • 2 TBSP FLOUR
  • 1 1/3 CUPS MILK
  • 1/2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 DASH PEPPER
  • BUTTERED TOAST POINTS

Preparation

Step 1

IN SKILLET, COOK DRIED BEEF IN BUTTER 3 MINUTES. STIR FLOUR INTO BUTTER MIXTURE; ADD MILK. COOK AND STIR UNTIL THICKENED AND BUBBLY. COOK AND STIR 1 TO 2 MINUTES LONGER. STIR IN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND PEPPER. SPOON OVER TOAST
