Chicken or Turkey Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of ground Chicken OR Turkey
  • 1 Cup of Thick White Sauce (can be brought or you can made "Master White Sauce")
  • 2 Tsp of Parsley, Chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tbsp of Water
  • Dry Bread Crumbs to coat Croquettes

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 8" X 8" X 2" baking pan

Combine Meat, Sauce, and Parsley. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
Pack into baking pan. Chill well. Form into Croquettes.

Beat Eggs and add Water. Roll Croquettes in Bread Crumbs and dip into Egg mixture and then roll into Bread Crumbs again.

Fry in pay in shallow Fat or Deep Fat Fryer at 375 Degrees until browned.
