Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized potato
- 1 lb. icing sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ounce (1 square) unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil and mash the potato.
2. Add sugar gradually, then coconut and vanilla. Mix.
3. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper by twirling to a peak or press into a buttered pan and cut into squares.
4. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over hot water.
5. Pour it over the top of candy.
