Grilled Swordfish with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 T. dried cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lb swordfish steaks.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine olive oil, lime juice and chardonnay in a bowl. add spices. pour marinade over swordfish steaks and marinate for 15-20 min. Grill swordfish over hot coals, about 5 minutes per side or until fish turns opaque. Baste with marinade while cooking.
