Ingredients
- 1 # pork sausage (hot)
- 1 1/2 c chopped green onion
- 10 oz Rotel
- 8 oz cream chese, softened
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 T red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain sausage. add onions and cook to tender. Mix in Rotel. Stir. Allow to simmer 15 minutes. Blend in cream chese and sour cream. Add pepper flakes to taste. Best kept warm in crock pot.
