Ingredients
- 2 lbs cubed beef stew meat
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine the meat, mushrooms, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce and water.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for about 5 hours. Stir in cream cheese just before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked egg noodles, or stir the noodles into the stroganoff.
