Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked quínoa, warmed
- 2 Tbsp. canned coconut milk, warmed
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts
Preparation

1.Combine warm quinoa, coconut milk, and maple syrup; mix well.
2.Place in serving bowl; top with pineapple and walnuts.
