Coconut Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cooked quínoa, warmed
  • 2 Tbsp. canned coconut milk, warmed
  • 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1.Combine warm quinoa, coconut milk, and maple syrup; mix well.

2.Place in serving bowl; top with pineapple and walnuts.
