    cup cooked quínoa, warmed

    Tbsp. canned coconut milk, warmed

    tsp. pure maple syrup

  • 1/4

    cup fresh pineapple chunks

    Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts

Directions

1.Combine warm quinoa, coconut milk, and maple syrup; mix well. 2.Place in serving bowl; top with pineapple and walnuts.
