Ingredients
- 3/4 c balsalmic vinegar
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless thighs
Preparation
Step 1
1) combine first 4 ingredients in zip loc. add chicken and marinate at least 1 hour.
2) preheat oven to 425. line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place in oven for 2 minutes. shake off excess marinade and place on sheet. bake 20 minutes or til juices run clear.
3) remove from oven and let rest 20 minutes before serving
