Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar and butter in a bowl; mix well. Stir in vanilla; add the blueberries.
Cook batter on a hot greased griddle until light brown on both side; turning once.
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
