Shrimp Bayou

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds clean shrimp
  • 2/3 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped fine
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup chili or cocktail sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with plain flavored melba rounds.
