Orange Marinade

Very good with chicken and seafood. Would probably work well with pork, lamb and beef.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (I use cannola)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- optional ingredients for a more complex flavor
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
