Pink Shrimp Dip

I always double the recipe and it is a favorite! Serve with regular Ritz or Town House crackers, any plain (unflavored) cracker will work so it doesn't take away from the awesome flavor of the dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon onions, minced
  • 5 drops tabasco, optional
  • Diced fresh cooked shrimp to your taste. May also use 4 1/2 ounces canned shrimp, rinsed and drained.

Preparation

Step 1

Stir first 7 ingredients till well blended. Fold drained shrimp into mixture.

Serve with cracker of your choice.

I use Ritz or Town House so the flavor of the dip isn't distorted by flavored cracker.
