Fresh Fig, Goats Cheese and Prosciutto Delights

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs, try to get firm ones
  • goats cheese
  • fresh thyme
  • 8 pieces thinly sliced prosciutto

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the the stems of the top of each fig

Make a small mix of goats cheese and thyme to stuff each fig

Wrap each fig in a slice of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick

Back at 150C for 15 mins until fig starts to caramelise, serve immediately
