Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken, cooked & chopped
- 4 Tablespoons red grapes, chopped
- 6 Tablespoons apples (Fuji, Red Delicious, Gala), chopped (peel still on)
- 4 Tablespoons peanut/ almond butter
- 5 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon walnuts, chopped
- 2 Romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and wrap in a Romaine lettuce leaf. Roll up leaf, tucking in lettuce as you go. Enjoy!
Freezing Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except lettuce leaves) and place in a freezer bag. Reserve the Romaine lettuce for serving day. Remove as much air as possible, then label & seal. TO SERVE: Thaw. Place mixture inside a lettuce leaf. Roll up leaf, tucking in lettuce as you go.
