Ingredients
- 1 Package Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 Small Package Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Tbsp Poppyseed
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and beat on high for 4 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with cream cheese. Freezes nicely.
